Please plan to arrive early — this will be a full-day event at the UW Memorial Union’s Great Hall. Metered street parking is not a reliable option for all-day parking.

Recommended parking garages (all short walks to the venue):

• Lot 6 – Helen C. White Garage (600 N Park St)
• Lot 7 – Grainger Hall Garage (325 N Brooks St)
• Lot 46 – Lake & Johnson Ramp (301 N Lake St)
• Lot 83 – Fluno Center Garage (314 N Frances St)

Alternative (municipal city ramp): State Street Campus Garage (430 N Frances St)

Please allow extra time for parking and walking from your lot to the venue, especially during a full-day event.
