Lunch Buffet:

- Ham, Swiss, dijon aioli, spring mix on rye bread

- Smoked Turkey, white cheddar, bacon, tomato aioli on multigrain bread

- Mixed greens salad with ranch or balsamic dressing

- Tomato basil bisque soup

- Kettle Chips

Sit Down Dinner Choices:

- Lightly breaded farm-raised chicken, chardonnay sauce, red pepper puree, herb oil, Yukon mash and             season vegetables

- Potato-fried walleye, brandy old fashioned rice with charred asparagus

- Cheese ravioli with a tomato vodka sauce and seasonal vegetables
